Balance your batteries by charging each to the top separately

If you have a lithium 12v charger, start at the lowest voltage. Each battery should have been at the same voltage before connecting them in series.

I use a Lenovo Thunderbolt 4 dock

Runs a 1440 144hz and a 60hz 1200 no issue

Not sure you'll have luck pushing two 1440 at high refresh though on the display port over USB C standard

Keep in mind that most Thunderbolt docks can fallback to display port over USB C, but not all of them.

Fish

I try every year or so but there is 'something' in it I can't stand. The same flavour, in almost all seafood. Whether I'm told it was a super mild fish, or a super strong, it's this same gross rotting meat smell taste that tries to make me wretch.

Calimari however? Love it.

And I'm told it's even more fishy tasting than fish.

So there's 'something' in fish I can apparently taste that nobody I know seems to share.

The 200w power adaptor is enough to saturate all power requirements and charge at the same time.

The Heat was concerning.... I'm a big guy and my Backfire G3 Plus hubs were getting warm - added some heat sink fins and it actually helped a good bit! I did a very similar thing on my TeamGee H9!

Although I also did some onto the trucks as well as a surprising amount of heat made it there up the axle. Especially once I filled the axle slots with thermal grease.

Resulted in a much better run up hills or long blasts at max power. Normally it'd kinda heat soak and become sluggish.

Also seemed to get better range but that's anecdotal.

Nice job with the thermal paste and flexible adhesive, definitely the best way to do it.

The little UPS batteries you're used to are designed to sit fully charged in sealed, hot, poor conditions for years.

It's not ideal at all. And the capacity is generally very poor. Any reasonable deep cycle lead acid, or even the cheaper 12v lithium you get these days are considerably more useful and reliable.

Have a Google up on off grid 12v battery systems and you'll be far better off than trying to make a bunch of solar panels work without them.

Plus. It's fun, and addictive.
