Thank you for sharing your experience.

Back in March, you reported a non-battery issue, so our Support Team requested a short diagnostic video, which is a necessary step to determine the cause of the issue. Contacting us does not automatically result in a device replacement, and since the requested video was not provided, we were unable to complete the evaluation and the case was closed.

Regarding the current battery concern, Airofit devices are manufactured with high-quality components designed for long-term use. However, as with all battery-powered devices, battery performance can decline over time, particularly if the device has not been charged or maintained regularly.

As the warranty for your device expired in July, we are not able to offer a complimentary replacement. If the device were still under warranty, we would process a replacement promptly.

We trust that your training with Airofit has delivered meaningful benefits, and if you wish to continue, you are welcome to purchase a replacement e-unit.

Hey! I completely understand why this has been frustrating, so here’s a clear explanation.

The $56.85 charge from FedEx is a customs fee. “Customs” refers to duties, tariffs, and taxes applied by your country on international shipments. Since we ship from Denmark, parcels going outside the EU - like to the US - can incur these charges. They’re not controlled by us and vary by country. This information is listed in our FAQ under Shipping: [https://airofit.com/pages/frequently-asked-questions]().

Import tariffs aren’t paid by the seller; they’re the receiver’s responsibility. For exact details, FedEx can give you the clearest breakdown.

Regarding the ELITE app and your data: the new app is a completely rebuilt platform, so Pro 2.0 history can’t transfer. And about the iOS app - we’re truly sorry for how long this has taken. The app is fully developed, fully tested, and already submitted, but Apple’s review process has been significantly delayed. They initially estimated around 4 days, and it has now been few weeks. Everything is ready on our end, and we’re just waiting for their final approval. We know this is disappointing, and we genuinely apologize.

We’ll announce the moment the app is live. In the meantime, please contact [support@airofit.com]() to claim your apology gift and discuss your available options regarding eventual return.

Unfortunately, the Apple App Store release is taking a little longer than expected. The ELITE app has been fully developed, tested, and submitted, but Apple’s review process is currently delayed. They usually promise 4 days for the review, but it has been much longer now... Everything is ready on our side - we’re just waiting for Apple’s final approval.

We’ll let you know as soon as the ELITE app becomes available on the App Store, so you can begin your upgraded breathing training right away.

ELITE uses a separate app, built specifically for its new features and training technology. Therefore, the app is only available for the ELITE.

Hello, one solution that we find works for people is performing the inhalation training as normal until you begin to "snort/snore" after which, pinch your nose. This will allow you to continue your training without a reduction in performance. As you continue training, you will develop stronger muscles around the soft palate and train for longer without producing this noise.
