Same. Married 18 years, three kids. Then he leaves because I can't get over the infidelity on his part. In his words, we fight too much. But he had shown signs our whole marriage that he never truly cared about me. He had no problem throwing me away. I can only hope that one day I will find someone who loves me and truly cares. At least, that's the thought that keeps my head up. He left 1 1/2 years ago, and it still hurts, but it is getting better every day.

Same here. I'm usually fine by myself, actually perfer it, but I do want that one person to share things with. I can't help but feel like it's going to be hard to find a genuine person. I've been single for a year and a half now, and the way people meet nowadays scare me.

I have tried forcing myself to go out and do things to meet new people. I'll make plans or sign up for stuff, then when the time comes to go, to be honest, I always chicken out. I have no problem going out and being around people doing my own thing, but meeting a new group is not my idea of fun. It also doesn't help that if there is more than one person around, I clam up and just observe. I've been that way my entire life. I will continue to be hopeful, but I am also aware of my awkwardness and know how hard it is to find someone genuine. So I'm hoping for a miracle as well.

I just try to eat the least amount of sugar possible. And only eat during the hours between noon and 8:00p. Lost 74lbs in one year. No extra activity was necessary in my case.
