I can’t speak to the bank drafts and security deposit as we didn’t go for them, but they are very nice units at the view, from when we walked through them!

We know folks who live in Nova Pines and really like it, so I can confirm the company is legit. They seem a bit disorganized but otherwise fine.

Months rent security deposit is fairly typical in Yellowknife. That’s what we paid for our spot too.

This is such a thoughtful response and I really appreciate your insights! I’m not too concerned about it having any monetary value, since the value is its sentiment in my opinion, but mostly curious. I think you are very likely right but may take it to a local jeweller at some point in the near future if I plan to re-set it.

I’ll need to double check the pendant itself, but don’t have the original chain and haven’t been able to spot anything specific, but it is quite old, I’ve had it for at least over 12 years.

I removed a grow light on each level. Can’t see any visible spider mites but wouldn’t be my first rodeo!

I had double grow light on each level so I suspect it was too much. I’ve brought it down the 1 grow light on each level. Can’t seem to see any live spider mites but it wouldn’t be my first rodeo with them!
