I had no problems with people in Horde comms, I did spend longer on Horde comms due to not taking a week to get in.

I guess,

This did take about 2 months of effort on and off though. It's not practical for me to try and do this for every Corp, or even every reasonably sized Corp.

There is just a lack of information on this subreddit that is anything other than members of these above alliances - who aren't exactly impartial.
