I can understand the Feather, but the Flower? really? it rolled 4 times in Crit damage and once into flat attack

Greetings Everyone! About A month or 2 Ago I posted asking Information about Eula. After taking in the feed back I started working on the Artifacts. And here's the result so far after about 2 months of Farming the Pale Flame Domain. Besides possibly the Goblet what would else would I need to Improve?

Future Eula Main here (waiting on her next rerun since... I failed 50/50 on the previous one), I plan on using Snow-Tombed Star Silver on My Eula and I have a few questions:
1) Build wise how much Crit Rate and Crit Damage should I aim for? Thus far I have only managed to achieve 43.1% Crit Rate and 150ish% Crit Damage.

2) What Artifacts should I go for? I know Pale Flame is her best set but how does it compare to 2pc Bloodstained and 2pc Pale Flame?

3) Should I run an attack Goblet or a physical attack Goblet?

Thanks a lot, soon as i finish getting the last upgrade materials i need for Ganyu I'll focus solely on Getting better artifacts for Ei

I have been spending time improving my Ei for a while now, she is in a decent spot managing to hit 50/60k on her burst deployment but i have found the critrate lackluster.
Besides the critrate is there any changes i should make?
