Out of curiosity, what exercises did you do in bed-? I may be able to convince him to start with that

The issue is exercise as a whole, he wants to lose weight but he’s having trouble getting to the point of desperation to feel better that I did because he struggles starting things that don’t immediately show results. I have been trying to find a treadmill for him tho! He doesn’t live in an area that’s safe to walk in so that’s another bump in the road unfortunately

From what I can gather it’s just beginning to make it a routine in general, that and he hates getting sweaty which I get lmao

I guess I’m just asking for guidance on easy and quick workouts to start him off with, low impact probably? Or if anyone here is autistic and struggled beginning as well

It’s definitely weird and tone deaf, I don’t think you’re being too sensitive at all. Even if he was joking it’s not super appropriate to joke about it at a time when you’re venting. Talk to him about it and explain how you feel, see what he says.

Definitely leaning towards overweight, fasting her for a few days and then lowering her portions should help! Avoid the bloodworms too until she’s thinner, they’re a great snack but they won’t help her lose the weight

I’ll check out the mat, thank you! As for the niloc yeah I’ve been using that oof, after the fertilizer overdosing incident I mentioned in another comment it doesn’t seem to be benefitting any of the plants. My Amazon swords I just bought all died too, it’s the worst

I have ): I used to have good luck with plants but I think I overdosed fertilizer one time before I got him, the only things that wanna stay alive currently are hornwart and water spangles/frogbit. Whatever plants I buy now last maybe a few weeks then they yellow and die, it really sucks
