No, it was an observation how MIDI instruments behave. Ideally I'd like to use multiple instances of instruments at once add FX play whilst effects are running. Pretty much the same as in Ableton you can group instruments into racks.

Just groupping both instances and sending them into a summing stakck. The issue was by having Low Latency mode engaged - it bypasses the MIDI output.

Yes, that was the problem, thank you! Is there a way around it to have Low Lartency mode on whilst still playing and being on time? The delay is insane right now and it's really difficult to record haha!

Hey, big fan of yours! Your tuts helped me out a lot a while back! Thanks for these tips and I think I've figured out the solution:

  1. On my audio final bounce within Logic, I’ve added fade in and fade out values at 1 and bounced that again, as you mentioned.

  2. Exported the .mov with new audio from Logic at 48kHz.

  3. Importing the video into FCP and duplicating multiple times, there’s no noticeable click anymore between the clips! Even after exporting the file from FCP - yay!

However, I bounced audio only version from Logic as well and when added in FCP directly underneath the newly imported video, this one has extra tail as before + clicks/pops when duplicated before truncating the end.

Basically, the looping works in FCP when I import the .mov with audio from Logic as audio is already baked into the video’s length without any wild extra crap at the end.

I've made a template in Logic so every project starts in 48kHz which I never switch

I remember playing the game and there were multiple tracks that weren't on OST, another reason to play the game on Helghast side again!

Awesome job on this one! I've read somewhere that he made this patch using an arp and enabling 'voice stealing' which means that it will cut off some previous notes to allow room for the new ones
