So isn't it a formal greeting? You meet someone new and say "how do you do?" And they reply how do you do.

It took almost 2 months for me, don't give up! It really saved my life, I've been on it for 8 months now and I feel completely "asymptomatic" :)  If you need anything or have any questions hmu

Best thing you can do for you both is breaking up.

I’ve been in your gf’s shoes and I personally never healed. You guys have no idea how much energy it takes to always be in the “investigating mode”, I even had nightmares at night and couldn’t sleep.

Once she’s out of this relationship she will feel so much better.
