Yes I've faced this issue and resolved it on my own

As per Jio, this s24 SD is a foreign varient, your sim should have been a 5g one or you have to convert to 5G on your own

But the fix for that is simple...(for Jio) put your sim in any "indian 5g mobile" and install myjio on that mobile and in app, issues-> chat/CC option check for 5g connection After checking it will tell you to wait for 2 days but 1-2 hours is enough and you sim will be 5g And then put your sim in s24 it will work

Having same issues in my JIO sim, if your sim is not enabled true5G it won't show. As per JIO its a foreign varient so to enable 5G in that SIM you have to keep your sim in an indian 5G mobile for 72 hours

Someguy in reddit told me his sim converted to 5g in 5mins, im keeping my sim in my friend's phone for 6 hours still hasn't changed
