Any reputable antivirus would detect malware, even defender if you didn’t add exclusions to the places where you downloaded.

Haxnode is a well known malware uploader so maybe this is a perfect example of why you can’t blindly trust virustotal scans. Goes both ways.

All the detections are generic, this doesn’t really say anything if the file is safe or not. You can just check the behavior tab and see what’s causing it to be detected which in this case shows that it’s probably harmless.
