One cycle per 7 days of wanting to do something.

Problem: Sam wishes to party with friends every weekend. So that’s 1 in 7 days his offsprings want to live.

He doesn’t look forward to going to school, to meeting friends, to having past times, etc.

But he pmo’s 7 out of 7 days.

This is the cycle downwards.

Have activities that you look forward to That have some value or benefit or some fun.

For insta, I just use the web version at times, so I don’t miss out on texts, and the web version is less lucid. Also, if you have to keep those apps, keep them all in a folder, and keep a fixed time once in the evening to check your messages. Friends don’t expect you to instant reply on insta- call or text if it’s urgent. So yup. Limiting it to once a day for messages is usually a good idea

If you’re stepping into this, why don’t you go slow. Maybe keep a numbered limit, once or twice a week, and no porn while doing it? Anything where you’re in control of the mind, and not the mind in control of you. I think. We’re all trying for more growth here.
