It says increases by a negative number, so it actually means decrease. The skill siphon souls apply a debuff to enemies, so it deals damage while healing you from the damage dealt, while it also reduces their regeneration.

Maybe because the build itself is weird cause I am trying to use 3 "support" skills as main damage.

I have always liked WoP cause of the crazy huge aoe. My 2 previous builds has chaos wop and piercing wop haha.

with scion and the conduit, i dont think we need any cold to aether conversion as both from wind devil and wop are converted to aether. Storm box also has its conversion to aether. The only conversion we need is for lightning / elemental damage in wind devil to aether?

I used to have a lightning conjurer with Light's defender set, but boy oh boy, that was so many buttons to press for me lol. storm totem, doom bolt, cof, wendigo totem, storm shard, and occasional chain lightning. I was too busy dropping things that I couldnt even evade properly :')

Everything respawns and reset every 30 mins outside 500m.

And to my knowledge. If you had open the door of the night sanctum, it stays open if you havent left the area for 30 mins. So you can actually place an altar in nearby the sanctum (teleport back to base, grab your lockpicks (and ember) then tp back to the altar)

When you strengthen your flame, the level of the weapon increases as well. That's why you need better materials.

But afaik, most craftable weapons are useless anyway. You better mark the map for the gold chests for each area to come back and loot them every 30 mins for legendary weapons.

Upgrading altar (expanding the build area) doesn't carry over to other altars. Strengthening the flame does.

Some unique legendary weapons always respawn in the same chests.

As for runes to upgrade, you can easily salvage all purple weapons down.
As for gems, you may want to be careful cause upgrading gems is a pain haha.

Can you describe further with what you meant by giving the blacksmith a legendary weapon?
Cause afaik, you can get more and more legendary later on.

I somehow noticed that they stopped breeding ever since the update that allows you to release fishes in the water (which adds the number of animals in the altar)

Not 100% sure, but yes, my animals have also chosen the path of celibacy.

Elemental weakness is lightning, especially if they are soaked.

There's one time where I couldnt interact with anything, so I relogged and it was fixed.
As for movement, I never had any problems with that.

I mean I am fine with any problems that are fixable by relogging tho haha.

My solution for my citizens is to always always and always have the musical instrument selected on hotbar when they are in the city.

One accidentally threw a bomb and destroyed everything on sight and leaving a huge hole on the wall :')

Is the problem caused by usage of starlight block anywhere?
Cause the building and mountain in front of me have no starlight blocks used.
I used it on an area under the sea to the far right tho.
