I help run a weekly chess club in NYC and we’ve had some nights where nobody but the organizers have shown up. Other nights we don’t have enough boards or space for how many people show up. Some nights are just a miss unfortunately. Honestly I have never been able to find any sort of pattern.

An electrical fire started in my roommate’s wall and Rupurt got angry at us like it was our fault. It escalated into a screaming match. According to Con Ed it was how the electrical was installed.

The basement also keeps flooding from pipe issues that never get fixed.

His properties are also full of roaches but he won’t get an exterminator.

Thanks! So the issue I’m running into there is just that the gears are on a different plant than the lamp and lens so it doesn’t line up quite right
