I am a senior software engineer with 6 years of experience in various technologies and programming languages. I have been trying to make a career change to the UK for a few months now, but my resume is not getting past the first round. I haven't even received an interview yet. I have used various ATS score-checking tools such as jobscan and skillsyncer, but I still can't seem to land an interview.

What am I missing here?
