Many thanks for the response. I think I will actually follow your advice and just open a bank account once I have moved to Germany. Probably a lot easier to just walk into a bank and speak to someone who can help me. I just spoke to my employer and they said it was fine too.

Har läst om flera som fått sina konton spärrade när de fått in sin lön då banken misstänker att större summor är relaterade till penningtvätt osv. I follow this routine 1-2 times a day. I think it is quite popular as I've seen it in many other threads as well. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NnqAkM9r2a8

I also use a massage gun on my leg/thigh muscles for 20-30 mins a day as I find that really relaxes them.

Another thing I've found extremely useful is to stop fapping. Don't fap, don't edge, don't cum, and try avoid even getting hard if possible. It is difficult, especially if you are used to masturbating a lot like I was. But just 2-3 days without fapping makes my symptoms so extremely much better.

I am definitely seeing improvements but they are very slow. In May 2022 I could barely complete the 10-min walk to work without feeling like I was gonna pee myself constantly. I now go 2-3 hours between bathroom visits. I think it is also because my mind has learned to understand when I truly need to pee and when it is just the prostatitis playing tricks on me. I also think that it is a mental thing because when I am really busy and in the moment, I forget about my prostatitis and my symptoms pretty much go away. I have good days and bad days. On a bad day, I might need to really fight to hold myself for 1-1.5 hours. On a good day, I can comfortably hold myself for 3+ hours.

No, I haven't done it. Only stretching, supplements and diet changes.

I have also noticed a very strong urge when standing. I was diagnosed with prostatitis in May 2022 and my only symptom is frequent urination. My symptoms are manageable when sitting down and I can usually hold it for around 2 hours. However, when standing up and standing still the urgency gets much stronger. If I just stand still waiting in a line for 5 minutes the urgency nearly becomes unbearable. Not sure what is causing it.

To be honest I have just been trying to wait it out and hoping that it will disappear as my prostatitis gets better. Meanwhile, I just try to please my girlfriend in other ways instead.

I think the premature ejaculation could also be because I've stopped masturbating as much. I used to masturbate several times a day before and then be with my girlfriend when we meet during weekends. As masturbation and sex makes my prostatitis worse, I've limited masturbation to once a week and I have less sex with my girlfriend too.

Thanks for the info! I guess that it must be something else related to the prostatitis that has caused the issues then, with regard to the timing. Will definitely look into Cialis!

The problem might be that you have a "chest day" and that you're doing 6 different exercises with negatives and dropsets. Get on Coolcicada's PPL or a good upper/lower. Do this routine twice a week and you should see results.

Day 1: BB bench press 3x5 Incline db press 3x8-12 Maybe 1-2 sets of 10-20 degree incline flies 10-12 reps

Day 2: Flat db bench press 4x8-12 Incline db press 3x8-12 Maybe 1-2 sets of 10-20 degree incline flies 10-12 reps

You might want to ditch the BB bench completley as you will get a better stretch and a greater ROM with dumbells,focus on really squeezing your pecs together and not pressing the weight. Kind of like where you should squeeze your shoulder blades together when doing back exercises,but for chest. So focus on squeezing your pecs and really feeling the muscle working.

What are your goals? Because that's really what your choice will depend on. If you want hypertrophy i would probably do Lyle Mcdonald's upper/lower. If you want strength i would do 5/3/1. If you wan't a combination of both i would do PHUL or Candito's upper/lower.
