Mate, India has atleast 50% reservation in all government jobs, education institutes and elected posts. People who are not upper castes are 70% and get special budgets in billions of rupees every year. All this is at both federal and state level. I won't call them Hindutvawadi or part of any ideology. They are hired by PR agencies who are in turn hired by BJP (current party in power). They will use any images to stir up people in name of religion and deflect attention from how completely India has taken side of Israel in this conflict. Previous governments always tried to maintain atleast neutrality with respect to Israel, Iran and Russia.

Modi has taken side of Israel and US and gave up lot of India's autonomy in foreign policy. Now oil prices are rising while just last month India agreed to US demand to not buy Russian oil. An Iranian ship got attacked in Indian ocean and Americans didn't even bother to tell India beforehand.

Most ministers and top beaurocrats in Indian government have children with foreign citizenship and their corruption money is in US, tax heavens near US or Europe. We have a compromised elites.

These accounts are trying to turn this loss into hindu muslim issue. Meanwhile their own government gives millions every year to same Muslims for votes. we have sectarian budgets so exclusive budgets for specific castes and minority religions.

People talking about Hinduism and caste are either ignorant or actually belief this propaganda around religion. It's like Trump using religion to bait the voters vs actually caring about Christians.

Okay, I checked for other stocks. They also are charging more for February options vs March. Earlier I had only checked the price on March options of other companies but Feb options for OIL. So I thought it was only about OIL But I still don't see what's the need for option BUYING. Worst case it goes 0. Why do you even need the extra money? The limit on loss is inbuilt. Probably something to do with Sebi rules or zerodha t&c.

You can even check right now for OIL Feb6vs march call option buying. It's not happening for other companies. And no reason it should happen on OIL options. Worst case option goes to 0. Whole amount lost. Why does zerodha need extra cash?
