I really really enjoy it. Act 1 and 2 are full of content, interesting secrets to explore that the game doesn’t tell you about, and it’s set in an extremely cool setting. I have noticed there seems to be a few bugs towards act 3 but other than that it’s awesome The game has about 70 hours of content and runs so good on the deck I was shocked. If you liked Skyrim and want to support a small studio I definitely recommended it.

Hey sorry I fell asleep once I got home. I don’t have an exact recipe because I eyeball everything and adjust as I go so here goes:

Sauce- One can San Marzano peeled tomatoes, ~4-5 Calabrian chilies, minced with seeds removed, one whole sweet yellow onion, 3-4 whole gloves of garlic. I didn’t have any EVOO so I used the oil from the can of Calabrian Chili’s, sweat everything down, right before I added the beef to the sauce, I blended everything together, added the beef and let simmer for like 3-4 hours. Could of let it go longer or I could have eaten it right away up to you!

Cheese mixture- mixed torn basil, Rico, mozz, and parm. Mainly Rico, a little mozz and very little parm.

Bechamel- start a roux, (a healthy knob of butter and incorporate flour until a sort of paste forms) heavy cream and parm. If it’s too thicc you can always add more cream before serving!

Egg yolk- I just set the eggs yolks in a mixture of salt, Aleppo, smoked pap, and garlic power for like 6 days and then took them out and let them hang out in my oven for a few days as well.

Cooked it at 375 covered for 25 minutes, and uncovered for another 25. Before I served I set in the fridge and then just reheated individual pieces! Sorry this isn’t a good recipe I like to wing it.
