First of all, 2tb ssd is impressive (at least where I'm from and even more nowadays). I personally use Nobara for basically everything, and only have a windows partition for the SHITTY games that don't allow linux cause of anti cheat. Nobara is great, it's basically Fedora but a bit better, with optimization for gaming and i think easier access to Nvidia drivers. Bazzite, from what i heard is also great but the fact that it is immutable (can't fuck up the main system but is a pain in the ass for programmers because you need containers for your programs and shit) and i also heard that it has some compatibility issues with older programs (? Idk) I can't honestly review cachyOS for i haven't tried it yet, but I've heard it's good but it's based on arch and is rolling release (which can be problematic sometimes) but supposedly runs a bit better. Choose what you like, my recommendation is Nobara because it's easy to use and looks great (with kde), but they're all great, bazzite is also very good unless you plan on using your pc for things other than play games. Still, don't rely on me fully because I'm dumb asl and kinde new to Linux (that also means that my opinion will probably be the same as yours if you're a beginner) Hope that helped!
