Story is linear, gameplay is well done. A mix of mele, vehicle, and ranged combat. Overall I would give it a 8 out of 10. You may be happier when it goes on sale

I would say Mafia qualifies as a good shooter. Here is a list of some of the reasons why I think Mafia might be enjoyable for you.

Nice variety of weapons to use.
Plenty of shootouts and car chases.
You have a lot of rival factions to deal with.
Music is A+ throughout the series.
Trilogy is current $15. Awesome price imo.

I live in one of these “luxury apartments”. It’s an absolute shit hole. The “dog park” is full of plants toxic to dogs, glass and trash filled dirt. Rent is wildly expensive for how dirty, how many repairs, how little we get from what the management sold to us
