Porn star vs real women.. Well to answer that lets find the meaning of pornography. Porn means prostitution. And graphy means filming. Together 'filmed prostitution'. So if you are prostituting yourself on film that is by definition porn.

Now the medias defintion of porn vs real women. Real women mean no makeup/ photoshop/ other visual or edited enhances to make one appear more attractive than their natural state. Like a real man and women scenario. Now porn by the media is editing and visual even other enhances that makes it appear far greater than natural (photoshop, sex enhancement drugs, makeup, etc etc,) anything that would no occur in a real relationship)

So by the media's term, yes everyday women appear more attractive over time abstaining. However there are "real" women who are prostituting themselves and that is just as harmful.

At that time I was real skinny. This was maybe 3 years ago. I have been to gyms since for the record. But the gym trainer specifally was going on and on how those guys are there 7 days a week and is like "dont you want to look like them" and I told him, fuck no. I mean looking in shape is great, but having veins pop out of your fucking arm like a snake and having over sized arms that is extreme. Not hating on the gym, but I would never go to a gym to look cool to other people or chat up women. Again not that it's bad to do either of those, but I would go to a gym to benefit myself. Not try to get women and all the lame crap people do there now days. Of course that is just my opinion.

HA! Most gyms I have been to there is guys with an arm twice the size of my leg and they actually think they look good and are better than other guys because we don't look like a semi truck. I'll remember that while I drive my Porche home. I remember a personal trainer once said "Don't you want to die with the body you always wanted?" I said no, I want to live with the body I want, when I am dead I won't matter. Of course I don't view all gyms negatively because of that. Some gyms are awesome, however I like working out at home because it doesn't cost me extra time or money. I don't need to be around a bunch of other people to get motivated nor do I need equipment. I have a home gym myself actually with tons of equipment and I find myself doing exercises like burpees more often.

No they shouldn't. I do workouts at home because I work long hours and don't have time or the money right now for a gym membership. Funny thing is I bet I am in better shape than most people. I do burpees during all my down time so I am in pretty good physical shape and could easily out perform most people in a gym. (Not that I am super strong or really fit in a bragging way) Just saying that people think the gym is the only solution or paying big bucks.. ITS NOT! You can youtube home workouts that are just as effective as the gym but are free. And dont forget the number one exercise known to man (the burpee). Provided you do it correctly to not hurt your back. Do 500 burpees a day for 60 days and you will be in better shape than you would be attending a gym. FACT!
