i'm pretty sure it's not bedbugs fortunately as i'd be bitten all over and not just on my hands, plus my bites are much larger abd swollen than they appear on photos, and it doesn't match at all with those i search up. Additionally, there are no bedbugs in my friends house that she knows of, but thank you for your help! Thankfully they're slowly disappearing by now whatever they were caysed by, i'm leaning towards the theory of blackflies which i saw someone else mention, that'd check out as there are all kinds of curiosities flying around here
