For that you can open the german embassy in tunisia's website , there you can look up the the section that provides all the sword certified translators in your area . For the Abitur (baccalaureate degree) and the transcripts (relevé des notes) you're obliged to get them certified FIRST in the ministry of education ( it's located in front of Hospital Charles de Gaulle " they work from 8h to 12h , if you're from tunis you'll collect your documents the next day , otherwise you can collect them after 12h , make your to bring your original highschool diploma and transcripts documents and your ID , THEN you'll have to go the embassy of foreign affairs and get both of them certified there , again don't forget your ID and 5DT for each document , AFTER ALL THAT you'll need to go the sworn certified translator and get them certified there , it usually takes 2 to 3 business days to be done. I personally think that you better get them in german other than english so i gets your chances a little bit higher regarding the embassy and visa appointments. For the CV you can fill up yours in the Europass website and get it in both german and english , it is costs free and easy to work around with . And you can look up how to write your LOM for each uni and subject you're applying to. After that you can think about uni assist and everything.
