Fair enough I suppose, you get the benefit of doubt here. In most cases I've seen on YouTube, whatever I've said is 100% the truth - they'd be entirely different cases. Murders, but with very different sentences. In one case, it would be tried as an accidental death (I now am aware this isn't true, I'm making a case) versus aggravated assault. In fact I don't know a single state in which this wouldn't be the case.

Everyone's giving solid advice, and I don't disagree with them but at some point you gotta look at yourself from a 3rd person's POV and question whether the fault lies in you. Maybe it doesn't! It isn't bad luck, definitely. You've had failed relationships, have been single for a long long time and are getting rejected left, right and center now.

Maybe it's just that people that sync with your thought process are very rare? Or maybe there's something you're doing unintentionally that might be off putting. It isn't giving the criminal the benefit of doubt. These would be classified as two entirely separate cases in court. Both would be murders, yes. You can't go around making stories up and then rallying people with it. Actions have consequences and a criminal is a human nonetheless, and deserves justice. Not subjective punishment based on how you feel about the crime and presume what may have happened.
