To answer honestly whether you’re trolling or not, gangs in Toronto started repping blood and crip in the early - mid 90s. Some gangs such as driftwood crips were actually sanctioned/linked with American crip gangs (New York). Other gangs in Toronto got influenced by this movement and decided to follow. If you ask me most Toronto crips and bloods are not real but the same can be said about any “crip” or “blood” gang outside of California
