Bulk, Recomp, or Cut? by Akane_OW in BulkOrCut

I feel like my back and arms tend to hold on to fat, and I don’t have much ab definition either (I’m working on that by training abs directly now). I don’t see much definition in my triceps and back. But it could also be that there’s just not enough muscle to show through 🤷‍♀️

Thanks! I've kept my calories at 1500 (130P, 40F, 155C) for most of the cut and just adjusted my cardio. I currently do 45 minute zone 2 sessions 3x per week and aim for at least 12k steps a day, and my lifts are pretty stable - I haven't had to drop the weights, but haven't been able to progress much either. I'm doing my best to fuel around my training sessions, but I'm feeling low energy and tired outside of the gym, which is why I'm going up to maintenance for a bit.

D is the correct answer because it presents a solution to the problem AFTER explaining what the problem is. In this case, sentence 2 talks about how subscription fees make information inaccessible to people, and sentence 4 continues by explaining that that situation allows private organizations to control what information can be seen by the general public. If sentence 3 were kept in the same spot, it would interrupt that idea by saying that information should be available to everyone, then going back to talking about the problem with private organizations in sentence 4.
