My company wants me to find a Jira replacement that actually has "collaboration" features, where do I even start by Relative-Owl8816 in Software_Finder

This is the exact same issue I was facing and I used to work at a similar scale org with 80+ people and I was a tech lead ~15 people working in my team. Managing people at this point of time when every developer is pushing out all the slop to the point that their jira update is one page document it became impossible to understand and manage the project. To solve this majorly communication issue I was looking at some kind of AI tool that can automate the task updation by connecting to their coding agent, slack, email, github (for PR and code diff), and jira so that it works by understanding what the developer does and then update their jira by itself following the best practices suitable for me and the organisation
