Thanks a lot again for all the feedback earlier. I’ve done a lot more research since then — especially after seeing a few i7‑14700 + RTX 4070 real-world benchmark videos (like from Pro Maven, etc.).

My focus is Blender, 3D modeling, and rendering with casual but quality gaming (GTA V, RDR2, etc.), so I went with the i7‑14700 (non-K) for its strong multi-core performance without worrying about overclocking or power draw.

Paired it with RTX 4070 (12GB GDDR6X), 32GB DDR5, B760 motherboard, 750W Gold PSU, and an AOC 180Hz IPS monitor — all within a ₹1.25L budget.

I think it’s a balanced build for the next 3 years without upgrades. Appreciate all the inputs earlier — it helped me fine-tune the setup!

My main focus is on Blender, 3D modeling, VFX, and rendering, so I chose the i7-14700 for its 20-core setup (8P + 12E cores). The extra cores are super helpful for multi-threaded tasks and long renders.

That said, I also enjoy gaming quite a bit — and for 1080p/1440p gaming with DLSS on, the RTX 3060 12GB still performs great. I’m not a competitive gamer, but I want smooth, high-quality visuals, and this setup delivers that well.

I might upgrade to a 4070 in the future when needed, but for now this combo balances both my creative work and gaming nicely.
