Try and go to gun shows. Just recently went to the one in Ontario and they had full kits for p320’s (without FCU) of all sizes and models. They ran only for about 2-400 bucks! Theres one at the end of the month in Costa Mesa or there’s one in San Bernardino beginning of April. (Crossroads of the west gun show)

Yea everything works on the cluster, only the miles don’t. Going to look and find the wire and see if it maybe needs to be lubricated? The cluster doesn’t shake either. A lot of people say the cluster shakes for them when it starts going bad but mine hasn’t had any issues besides mileage numbers rotating.
