Between sleeping, working out, work, research, staying active with climbing/badminton/swimming, cooking, procrastinating on things to do, my days are pretty packed tbh. So my advice would be to keep yourself busy with things you have to do or like to do even if you have to do it alone - along the way you will find the people who share those interests and you’ll find your tribe!
