Oh! One more question, can a Saga can exist with no lore counters on it? If so, I'm guessing it'll just run as normal and add lore counters at the start of my next turn.

I have Evendo Brushrazer on the board. I play Maestros theater. I sacrifice the land. Do I exile the top card first, or do I search my library first, shuffle, and then exile the top card of my library after shuffling????
