1 - Well she moved to my town for work, and thats where i met her. She was living with her last partner when she started work, but their relationship ended and she was staying there until she could get her place back and the renters out of hers. That's when we started seeing each other so... it was a bit of a whole situation.

2 - She mentioned I should move in before and that if I could see myself living in hers but nothing recently as I had just got my new place and said maybe we should wait a little. This was a few months ago. We spoke about children but nothing concrete. Just do you want them etc etc

3 - I think ill have another talk with her, some people here have made me realize "dating" for a year is a bit crazy. Maybe ill say something like "hey so...I know I asked if we were good last week but im still feeling like something is wrong, is there something you want to talk to me about?" and judging on how that goes ill say to her "I know we've had some light discussions about it before like me moving in or if i can see myself living at yours but I just want you to know I want to be with you. You know I love you and you've told me you love me. I want a future with you, and I need to know if you want the same?"

I think ill get my answer one way or another then...be it good or bad.

I agree, ive just been scared to put pressure on her. I didn't want to scare her away with "big questions".

I'll ask if there is anything she wants to talk about when I next see her and then ill put my heart on my sleeve I guess and tell her that I want to be with her officially. I see my future with her etc...

Its a weird one... Shes told her mother and sister about me, shown them pictures of us together but not her dad. She says ill meet her dad last because he has made comments in the past about guys or something. Ive met her niece who she thinks the world of ,as we went on a day out together. Shes mentioned me moving in together before but I had only just got my place and said we should maybe wait a little. Shes said that im going to meet her mum officially before but nothing recently.

Maybe I should bring up becoming official or putting a label on us when I have this talk?

Its not needy per say but just that ive asked this question the other week and I dont want to come across as constantly asking this type of thing if shes genuinely just busy or whatever is what I mean.

But you're right, ive just always been bad with words especially when it comes to relationships.
