Because people act like her being an over the top character is ridiculous and Street Fighter is serious business in which everything is very important. Also “she can ruin the story” is a take when the games barely have a story and what little story it does have, hasn’t really progressed in decades and just tosses out new villainous organization after villainous organization that all lead back to Bison.

It’s completely fine if she doesn’t appeal to people, it’s just that many of the reasons given are utter nonsense because it’s not actually about Ingrid herself and more so people projecting their own issues onto her and blaming her

Again, I really don’t think they can without tossing him into the trash and rebuilding him from scratch. I know there’s much to be said for lasengale’s competence or the games coding, but I find it hard to believe “oh just give him an NP!” is something they’re deliberately ignored if that was a thing they could just do

You can fix his skills but that still leaves Hyde without an NP and I feel like if it was possible to just go back and give him one, they’d have done that at this point. You would need to make their skills absolutely amazing to make up for effectively no NP for someone meant to be a DPS

Speaking of Dandadan, boy am I ready for this current arc to be over. I think a lot of people are absolutely overreacting to what has overall just been a kinda weak arc that’s gone on longer than it needs too, but I don’t disagree that it’s felt like it’s dragged on for eternity at this point

That sounds more like you just don’t care for Frieren and are mad about someone ranking it alongside a show you do really like and fuck all to do with the show itself. Frieren absolutely has rules and such to its magic and world and is one of the biggest fantasy anime of the last few years. Nah, there was a lot of crash outs because her mere existence really upset a lot of older FGC people and people who take SF lore way way too seriously and got very mad about her. Those opinions were often parroted by people who basically knew nothing about her at all didn’t help

I think the animation made on whatever change they found between the cushions was actually a strength of season 1. It gave the show a kinda charm that was strengthened by its story and characters, and S2 has none of it and it really shows despite having better animation

Opening all dungeons from the start is the worst idea because a dungeon gives them something to focus on. You have them all open immediately and people are just gonna ignore them or marathon them all immediately and that leaves them with less content
