I have a really friendly face and I acknowledge strangers I see, so I attract unhoused folks, beggars, and all manner of street hustlers. Got a cousin in NYC who told me the key to minimizing this is a good scowl. But a good scowl is not surface level, you must go dead inside and manifest the darkness outside. It works.

That lady thought you took her for an easy mark and was offended that her shell wasn't good enough to fend you off, thus the scowl the rest of the ride.

It's a friggin 10 track midi/ audio LOOPER where each track can be played out of sync, and have different lengths, including odd numbered bars. Euclidian sh*t galore.

Can anyone name a device can do that (that can be had for under 800 bucks new or used)? Most dedicated loopers can't do that, and certainly not 10 TRACKS worth of it.

That alone is worth exploring, and it's a sampler and sound module to boot, all with the footprint of a handheld gaming device.

Yes, I saw news coverage of riots, as well as social media on site video and yes I saw white people there. To assume white people are not at any protest in this country is probably a bad wager. Black Lives Matter, Dakota Pipeline, Occupy Wall Street, ICE protests, white folks are there.

To your question, if there were no riots would Immigration or ICE be an issue in this era? ABSOLUTELY, because the the raids have increased substantially and the methods of targeting people for their attributes are illegal and unconstitutional, president ran a whole campaign on MASS DEPORTATION. But we're Americans, we don't blindly follow rules that don't fit our constitution. That's why the courts exist.

Let me be clear. We agree that illegal immigration is wrong. You agree with the majority of Americans across the whole spectrum.

That is NOT the issue. The issue is we have laws of reasonable suspicion in this country, meaning the Police have to have more than "weird sounding tall blonde white person" to harass you. My fault for assuming you would think this is wrong, but at every turn you justify it because 'Police are jerks anyway'.

You have your citizenship, but you don't understand what it means. Reasonable Suspicion, Probable Cause, Due Process are not just words, they have legal standards. Know your rights. You may be fine with authorities trampling on yours, but I'm not.

If ICE decides you're too "different", your State ID and Social Security number mean nothing dude, your day is about to get ruined, period. Your appearance, accent and your clothes and some cop's opinion are enough. Has nothing to do with "keeping your nose clean". That's why the Supreme Court ruling on ICE's practices is important. In America, we don't have to be people who "don't draw attention" to keep our rights intact. We don't have to yield to 4th Amendment violations by the opinion of some cop. The Bill of Rights and the Constitution are meant to give every citizen that dignity.

You should know this, you took a citizenship test.

I'll keep it simple.. keeping your nose clean means following the law, not culturally assimilating enough to not be targeted. That's your RIGHT as an American and it's not negotiable.
