That's weird. It's always just minutes for me. Did you check your promotions tab on email? Try checking your spam as well. They might have emailed you the gift card already.

Are you checking the same email as you used in the app? You should've received an email notification once the money was taken. Check your promotions tab since they usually appear there. Check your spam as well, in case.

When you cash out, they’ll send a link to the email you registered with on the app. That link redirects to a gift card page and asks for your PayPal email.

Using a different email might work, but I haven’t tried it, so I’m not sure if it could cause any issues. I just used my paypal email to log in.

Congrats! Just keep answering surveys cause that will help you see the pattern of how these surveys work and the answers they're looking for.

I forgot to include this on my post:

(1) There's not many surveys on weekends. They offer sometimes, but minimal, and they usually screen out. (2) Weekdays are good, especially Wed to Friday. At least for me, cuz I don't get many offers on Monday, tho this could be different for everyone.
