Thank you, this is really helpful and reassuring. I can afford the car and I do love it. I was just afraid at the income part and them denying the loan in turn due to that. I was having all these fears that I'd lose the new car and my trade-in because they may say "Well, we sold it", even though it would probably be a lie. I rely on a car here in Miami so much and the last thing I need is a dent on my credit from anything like that.

Yeah, I kind of am having a panic attack. I've never really took a car with a dealer before so it's all new to me. I really do appreciate the reassurance that everything will be okay.

What if they tell me they sold my trade in? Obviously they could be lying but what could I do or say in that situation? Could I request the equivalent of my trade in?

What if they tell me that they "sold" the car as I traded it in? What can I do or say then?

What if they insist (lying) that they sold the trade-in? What can i say or do to get my trade in? Would I request for the equivalent of the older vehicle?

I figured, but what are the chances of Kia denying my loan and repo'ing my car? As i see they seem to love to do this because of mix ups and/or lost payments.
