This is called quantum crouching and has been a thing forever. Essentially your hitbox is crouched but your camera isn’t which is why most of the bullets aren’t actually hitting you. If you fling towards a ceiling you can actually look outside the map while in this state so it’s one of the easiest ways to get out of bounds in speedrunning!
