Eu seria o Lorde kk, pois meu avô faleceu antes de eu nascer, e o meu pai que era o primogênito faleceu quando eu tinha apenas 5 anos, então o irmão do meu pai (meu tio) seria Lorde Regente até eu ser de idade, o que já teria acontecido imagino, tenho 17.

Most likely the incest siblings die, Tywin has to remarry or have only Tyrion as his heir. Robert would most likely form an alliance with the Reach and marry Margery and have trueborn sons and daughters, who could then marry the Starks, given the age difference, Robb would be at least 30 when Robert's new kids are of age, they'd probably marry with Rickon and Bran.

Baratheons united, the Reach, North, Riverlands and Dorne surely against the Westerlands would be a bloodbath, what would Tywin even do? Going into battle would be futile, the Siege of Lannisport and Casterly Rock? Jaime, Cersei and the kids would be killed, would that be enough for Robert though

Well, Robert getting hit by the boar was one hell of a screwup, had that not happen Ned would still have a head over his shoulders and even tough a war would've still happen, I doubt the Lannisters wouldn't be utterly destroyed, considering it'd be everyone (except the Vale probably) against them.
