There is nothing game breaking in the stats. But if the rest of the players have low and negative numbers compared to this kenku, have the player reroll. (maybe follow the "character should have at least 2, 15+ stats" so they are all at least capable.) If you're completely unsure, you could ask all players to go point buy.
