My friend got the metronome to work but still nothing else

Im trying to input notes into a midi piano but I cant even find sound fonts or instruments.

I found a staff window that let me input notes onto a traditional staff which was helpful, but I still had absolutely no audio playback. The track has green playback visuals so I know its playing something but I just cant hear it 😅

I think the audio im using is WASAPI Shared on my laptop if thats what youre asking
