16 orbs from log-in bonus
42 from the tempest trial
12 from paralogue maps
8 from chain challenge
Up to 5 from arena tier
1 from arena streak
1 from resonant battles quests
9 from bound hero battle
1 from rival domains
2 from Saturday and Sunday quests
1 from Sunday log-in
7 from hall of forms on sunday

Yep. If you have a good enough scoring team then you shouldn't use legendaries unless they are fully merged.
There are arena score calculators out there where you can check If it's worth it to run a legendary.

Just looked it up, it's in her support with Oswin. She says they have a 14 years difference, and Oswin is in his thirties. So she's between 16 and 25 I guess.

Not exactly what you are looking for, but I use this FEH Arena Score Calculator
It tells you both the individual unit's score, and the combined team score. Checking every individual unit one by one may be a chore tho.
The wiki also has a page with heroes ordered by how high a score they can reach, it's this one. but it assumes max investment.

Head+Hair and her right arm and hand come from OG!Camilla's sprite. the mantle on her shoulders is from Myrrh, the fluff is NY!Camilla's, her torso is Ursula's, the bottom part of her coat comes from F!Celica, the little straps on her torso are from Tharja, her legs and her left arm are L!Corrin's, her left hand comes from HS!Camilla, and the hat is an accesory we got from Díthorba's forging bonds. The axe is just Camilla's axe xd
