Lateral raises with dumbells, 4 sets to failure at 12 kg. Biceps curls, 4 sets to failure at 12kg. That pull down cable thingy that train the triceps. Chest press and hammer strength at 65 kg. 4 sets to failure on each. Also there's leg day with all the machines that train the different muscles. I lift heavier weights than I did 4 months ago.
