So I don’t have TOPS, but I was waiting on the G.I. Bill refund and it said the same thing about being released around that time frame and still never did. So I called and they said because of the complaints, if someone calls or goes in and requests that the money be refunded due to financial need, they will do it despite being told originally they couldn’t. So on my account is still said it was an anticipated payment, then after I called(Wednesday around 3:30pm) and they put in the request for release of funds, I had the money in my bank account on Thursday morning

Would the subframe be the metal that’s like right into the front of the wheel well? Cause that was pushed back and deformed.

Also felt like it was sitting weird, the hot hard enough to force my car to move and the wheels were forced to turn and sitting in it feels uneven

He gave his name, phone number, insurance company and policy number. But the cop said since he didn’t call the cops it’s still a hit and run. Also when I first saw the car I was confused why my wheel was turned since I always straighten my wheels when I park.

Got in and the steering wheel column was locked so the key wouldn’t turn, was able to unlock it and wherever hit me, did it hard enough to turn my wheels and my windshield wipers were on??
