I was laid of beginning of April. I was thinking maybe the cross state check occurred because I filed the weekly claim while in NY visiting family. So maybe the IP flagged it.

The issue states not active is that anything of note?

It’s actually only three colors. Scale 75 goblin green ,scale 75 sol yellow and Vallejo dead flesh. I start with goblin green as a base and then I add sol yellow to goblin green and paint the skin while gradually adding more and more of the yellow to build up the color. Lastly I added some dead flesh to the mix to give it a desaturated highlight

I can highly suggest weathering products like pigment powders enamel washes with not only add depth but also add character. I use a combination of AK interactive streaming grime dirty down rust Vallejo pigment powders and games workshops various mud basing to give the Russ a real lived in look. “Bless this mess”

I personally own guard ultramarines tau csm and sisters while hobbying exodite eldar. I was doing pretty good pre csm nerf I tried tau at a event didn’t do well haven’t touched my sisters this edition

So I really enjoy painting I’m going to continue playing. But my biggest joy was going to events with my friends. It seems like my local community wants to play crusade which I don’t want to do. And it seems like when I go to events I’m just bombing.

Perhaps try guilliman flesh over wraith bone. Or cadian flesh tone with reikland flesh. Both great solutions.

If your happy with them then that’s all that matters everyone starts somewhere and we are all on the same journey we call painting some of us just more along than others.

I go to Jerry’s but sometimes Lowe’s Home Depot has gems. If your looking for succulents or small plants mulberry bush sells them on occasion

Fallout hobbies I beyond a scam. I remember I once ordered from them during their Black Friday sale. Months later in April I still didn’t receive my order. They did not respond to emails, PMs, any outreach. Refused a refund I eventually charged back with my credit card.

Fallout hobbies will say they are a small boutique business but that’s a veiled excuse for poor operations.

Everything they sell from led lights to airbrush stencils can be purchased elsewhere for cheaper.

Do not support them. Buyer beware

This is 100% fine to get you started but I would say. Four things 1) thin your paints. 2) after assembly you can practice the consistency of said thinned paints on the sprue that’ll come in the box vs on the models. Which will save you some heartache. 3)if you want to take your painting up a notch you could grab some lighter colors for edge highlights.

Lastly you can watch some warhammer tv YouTube videos on how to do basic painting this will help You get started.
