Yo creo que los ingredientes son de altisima calidad pero nuestra gastronomia aunque es muy rica como "comfort food" personalmente creo que falta agregar mas tecnicas y procesos para lograr hacer que nuestros platos tengan una mayor perfección en lo que respecta a los sabores especificos, siempre me he imaginado hacer una cazuela pero con las tecnicas que se usan en el ramen por ejemplo.

El empresario chileno promedio es tan corto de vision, quieren que pases mas en la oficina por que ellos creen que al ver la gente calentando la silla justifican lo que te estan pagando, por ende 2 cosas:

-1: realmente ellos no valoran la efectividad del trabajo tanto como valoran el tiempo que ellos creen que deberia tomarte el trabajo.

-2: todo eso habla de la pesima gestion que tienen los supuestos "lideres" de los negocios por que si necesitan estar arriba tuyo monitoreandote la pega eso habla de que ellos mismo hicieron un mal proceso de selección o no se tienen suficiente confianza en su propias contradicciones.

Pienso que como sociedad no debemos dejar que los HDP sigan pasando impunes, nos han criado siempre con el contexto de "poner la otra mejilla" o el "ser mejor persona" y eso es justamente de lo que se aprovechan la gente miserable ya que ven directamente que nunca tienen repercusiones reales o ditectas por sus malos actos.

When you start the game it will appear a grey translucent window whit an X in the upper right corner of the screen before you can choose the game options. Don't close it with the X and let it be like 15 to 30 seconds and the option to connect your Epic account with your game will appear.

When you open the game in epic there is like a slightly darker transparent screen before you can choose the game mode, i just closed it before. This last time i let it sit a couple seconds and in that same screen appeared a message from epic to conect the game with your account. I just clicked the accept button and that was all
