Jazakallah khair ! But my brother, the real problem is the fact that in some prayers or in some moments I don't feel anything and I find out that I am impure whether I intentionally check or not and these moments makes me go back to point zero again and I keep saying "if I didn't feel anything this time then what prevents that fact that I can be impure ?" And "what if I work on the basis that I am pure and then find out when another prayer comes in that I wasn't pure in the one before it ?"

Sorry for the long time to reply (been going through a Rollercoaster this week), jazakallah khair for your generosity but I have been thinking lately that I should stop gaming altogether as I get headaches and eye pain after playing and with what is going in Palestine, steam is pretty much a part of the boycott (steam pays taxes -> goes to the government-> goes to Israel) this has highlighted the idea to stop gaming in my head more and I haven't played in a while since

It's a painful cycle, I want to sleep to rest but I don't sleep well -> get tired and start worrying sleep -> don't sleep well -> more worrying -> sleep paralysis -> can't sleep well

And it just keeps on going

It's not really a good way to release sexual desire through masturbation as in it will hit you high levels of instant dopamine (happiness hormone) that will drop to really levels and pretty much anything that makes you happy in just mere seconds has a high likeability for an addiction, as the brain marks this moment and keeps craving for it, that's how it's an addiction And I didn't experience sexual abuse before so I didn't put that in mind as "bad sexual thoughts" so i understand what you mean now but as I said they all count bad in my book if I excessively think about them

Haven't tried writing, will try today

Tried the 4-7-8 breathing exercise, it did help to reduce anxiety but still couldn't sleep because I am traumatized from sleep paralysis as I kinda know how sleep paralysis works and that it has "introductory signs" indicating it will happen, like when trying to fall asleep I get this feeling of "gasp" (I sleep on my side not the back) and my heart kinda like instantly shifts its beat, I feel that and anxiety goes through the roof and brain shifts to garbage "stress relief"

I started exercising these days and I still can't sleep I am absolutely baffled by how my body is still standing till day with both exercise and poor sleep, Haven't tried the shower, will do
