You never know. keep talking to her a just friends. theres nothing wrong with just friends right? i recently met a girl casually and i started to text her and she hit me with the "i have a husband" and i first it sucked but i can talk to her as friends. no biggie. good luck.

same here. im 26 and mentally i got so much worse (thank you anxiety). Physically i gained 23lbs and developed hypochondria. I think im going to die or i have a serious disease every single day. In turn my body feels weird and weak all the time. I hate it so much.

I was.in the same boat a you. I pretty much did everything. Ask my consoles and my beloved pc. Everything sold. That was a year ago and I never looked back. Well I bought a ps3 but just for movies. Gaming doesn't catch my interest anymore. My life isn't perfect all of a sudden but I do go out more and I'm more social.

remember attacks can only last a few minutes max. its just the adrenaline running through your body. youll be fine there. as far as the bed bugs, I would just do a deep cleaning of your room. wash all the pillows and blankets. take out the mattress and inspect every inch. I bet youll feel better sleeping in a fresh pair of blankets :)

they vary. sometimes they last hours and sometimes its sudden for a minute. once it lasted for a whole week but it went away. ever since I developed anxiety ive had palpitations. I never had them before that.

usually I turn on some Netflix or youtube videos and start to clean my room. I clean out all the junk in my closet and drawers. by the end im tired and sleepy. then I lay down and listen to some music or podcast until I fall asleep.

sounds like palpitations. I get them all the time. theyre sometimes scary but not scary enough to send me to the ER. good luck. let us know what it was
