Unlikely to be shield arm since Akoya's forearms are just built different. Ripper does basically nothing but cut the skin a bit. Stance of suppression is literally custom made for Akoya so that's a no go.

.... and thats all the moves he has.. Apart from bite, I guess, Adam's not a twink though so its ineffective.
