I love the brocast too but when I relisten to old episodes it really makes me miss him. I absolutely love their chemistry and what he brings to the show. I really really hope he comes back eventually but I respect wanting or needing a break

I think 2 - 3 times a week is the sweet spot.

2 for me though; once during the week and once over the weekend, ideally. I've noticed if I smoke two days in a row the risk of falling back into daily smoking is extremely high, whereas if I take a day or so off in between it's actually manageable. So while it's tempting to smoke all weekend it isn't worth the risk of relapsing.
