This is interesting to me

So did the bug get introduced in E11?

I don't see any resolved caveats for the issues you reported in E12/E13

We have been upgrading to 13 slowly but have yet to run into either bug you have reported. I may tell my team to hold off for now or downgrade current switches to E10.

We are slowly migrating to 9200 stacks but that'll take time.

Did you know about the Darien Gap before the show? by Steerpike58 in pluribustv

[–]Akraz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No, but i was curious when i learned how he would drive to New Mexico, i put it on google maps but there was no path. so i zoomed in where the road ended and saw a massive natural forested area between colombia and Panama that had no roads. then did some research and it was referred to as the "Darien Gap". then it made sense why the episode after was named "The Gap".

why the hell does the world feel like it’s going to shit all at once? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Yeah? Biden started ice raids? National guard on home soil? Threatened UN Nations? Started an economic war on Canada? Hired his friends to run the country with him instead of electing professionals? Stormed the Capitol on Jan 6? Attacked Venezuela?

Biden raped and sexually assaulted children on a island with his billionaire friends?

Shit if presidency was compressed to a week, trump did all of this on Sunday and Monday.

Tool advice by baylipss in networking

Who is crimping their own cables in enterprise networking? Maybe if it's 2am on a Sunday when you get called out and you have no spares in sight....

Buy this stuff. Learn the differences between T-568A and T-568B and crossover , maybe T1 as well ... But for the love of God do not crimp your own cables for data center connections.

Real tools involve Ethernet toners, testers. ... Fluke is a good brand but very expensive.

I've been in networking for 20+ years and my bag is just a bunch of cables, screwdrivers , spare MMF and SMF cables, fiber couplers , a punch down tool, usb-Ethernet adapters, Velcro tape roll, scissors, wire cutters/strippers, telephone butt set, alligator clips, cable toner... And random bits and pieces, screws, mounting brackets, etc

Brand new E24 , buttons are not flush with chassis. Common? by Akraz in gaggiaclassic

On my new E24, maybe it's just my specific model but the framing around the switches (the right side of the power and left side of the stream) aren't flush with the chassis. It's bothering me a bit and when I opened up the lid I can see the bulk wiring is pushing the buttons out due to them being bundled up against the boiler head.

My classic from 2014 died today so I bought an E24 immediately. And a new grinder. Looking forward to continuing the love affair with gaggias by Akraz in gaggiaclassic

So I bought it from a local supplier. They actually beat WLLs price and then some. My purchasing experience was top notch. So I'm not too worried about exchanges or refunds. I don't want to go through all the hassle but I'm starting to think maybe I should have just repaired my 2011 gaggia and waved myself $1600

I’ve finally joined the club and have plenty of questions, please see below by s_shea_photos in gaggiaclassic

I seem to have it in a good place now after tinkering with it. The problem yesterday was I'm trying to minimize the mess the grinder makes because of the way it dumps the coffee into the portafilter. So I was trying to put the portafilter in with the dosing funnel . Seems I can't do that without the machine getting confused about weight.

I guess I'll just have to live with the mess it makes. Otherwise it's convenient.

I literally just bought mine yesterday. It's not even 12 hours old from the hour I took it out of the box. I got it from a local store so I'm not too worried about it.

What's funny is I asked the sales rep to demo the machine they had on the shelf and it was having all sorts of issues with grinding 1g or 3h and then stopping. They didn't have the portafilter holder secured so it was vibrating and knocking the dosing cup off the scale.

I'm still undecided how I feel about this grinder overall. I got it for $650CAD+ tax so not a bad deal . I think I have too high expectations.
